Additional Notes and Troubleshooting

  • When launching the Rules Palette, the following message will be displayed. This is expected and known issue with combination of JDK 11 and Net Beans 12.1. Please click on disable modules and continue. Additional Notes and Troubleshooting

  • When you are setting Rules Palette on a new machine, in case after launching Palette, if you are not able to view/load Main explorer/ Admin Explorer and facing below exception, please follow below steps

    • Ensure to create a folder named "Oracle" under path "C:\Users{color:#ff0000}YOUR USER\AppData\Roaming\Oracle".

    • Clear the cache as mentioned in next section.

    • Relaunch Palette application.

Clearing the Cache

  1. Close the Palette.

  2. Delete the cache folder as follows:

    • If using Windows : Delete the folder corresponding to the version number being used from:C:\Users{color:#ff0000}YOUR USER\Oracle\asgraphicruleside\

  3. Open the Palette and attempt to login or create a new environment.

Issues in loading application page due to system date:

As a setup process, system dates should be generated for the user's calendar code with current indicator as 'Y' for the specific business date.
